These 'Game of Thrones' cocktails perfectly capture season 7 so far

In Los Angeles, Big Bar’s team of bartenders don’t play around when it comes to the HBO show "Game of Thrones". Calling themselves “The Brunch Watch” – they create a different brunch cocktail for each episode that just aired, which goes on Big Bar’s popular brunch menu and allows patrons to discuss the upcoming episode.

As an enthusiastic fan of the show, it was the best thing I’d ever heard. Sure, they have a Game of Thrones pop-up bar in D.C. (which, we heard is actually really cool), but do they do brunch?

“We’ve been doing this since season 5,” said Eugene Lee, bartender and a member of The Brunch Watch. “And if Big Bar were to exist anywhere in Westeros, it would definitely be at Highgarden.”

We had four cocktails total – each representing an episode of season 7 that has aired so far. Watch the video above to find out more about the cocktails.

As we sipped on the cocktail from last weekend's episode - they call it "The Fields of Fire" - we discussed the epic battle and what the end of season 7 might bring.

Meet ‘The Fields of Fire’, the only cocktail that captures the epic battle in last week’s episode of 'Game of Thrones'
