Hill Harper opens up about his battle with cancer and his new skincare line


Actor Hill Harper sat down with Circa on Thursday afternoon at the National Association of Black Journalist (NABJ) convention in New Orleans to discuss fatherhood, his battle with cancer, and his new skincare line.

Harper best known for his work on the television series "CSI:NY" and his films such as "Lackawanna Blues," and "He got game." The actor says that he tries to pick roles that have a positive impact on people. He also talked about his newest new role in an upcoming medical-drama television series called "The Good Doctor."

"Folks want to see projects that are uplifting the community, and I think the Good Doctor is that kind of show," he told Circa.

His show premiers this fall on ABC.
