The folks at Belly sure love bacon; and they're betting that you do, too.
"The perfect piece of bacon tastes like heaven," said Coralie Quéré, the restaurant's pastry chef. "I like the crispy outside and very tender inside, not too much fat, but enough meat to understand the feeling of bacon."
Belly's passion for pork has translated into a nine-course bacon omakase menu. Omakase is typical to sushi restaurants, in which the customers leave it up to the chef to decide what they'll be eating. At Belly they even have bacon sushi, as the international inspirations range from mostly Korean to Italian to French to American. For instance, the pasta ala Belly combines pasta, bacon sausage, and a kimchi sauce.
And, once you're done eating, you can choose a song to sing, dance, and burn off calories to as the restaurant is located in a karaoke bar, Beats Café.

Swedish fish. Nerds. Gummy peaches. A giant lollipop. When you think cocktail, you probably don't think all of these candies... and more.
But Black Tap, a New York burger and beer joint that created quite the buzz for their over-the-top milkshakes, is bringing that same approach to a frosé, or frozen rosé.
