Taylor Swift is expected to testify in a Colorado courtroom Monday against a DJ,who allegedly grouped her at a meet-and-greet in 2013.

The incident occurred in Denver, after the DJ, David Mueller, had been invited to Swift's meet-and-greet at the Pepsi Center. Mueller and his girlfriend took a picture with Swift, when he purportedly reached up Swift's skirt and groped her,People reported. Shortly after Swift's security followed Mueller and accused him of groping her.

Three years after the incident Mueller was fired. Mueller sued Swift for $3 million claiming that her false accusations resulted in him being terminated from his job. His attorney, Gabriel McFarland, argued that Mueller may have been misidentified after someone else groped Swift.

One month after Mueller sued Swift, she filed back with a counter-suit. Swift's countersuit claims that Mueller grouped her "in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission,” People reported.

Swift and Mueller are expected to take the witness stand and give their testimony on what happened.
