A man allegedly killed his wife on their cruise together

A Utah man allegedly killed his wife while on a cruise ship in Alaska, telling a witness that he did it because she wouldn't stop laughing at him, according to the FBI.

Thirty-nine-year-old Kenneth Ray Manzanares was charged on Thursday in the murder of his wife, Kristy Manzanares, while aboard the Emerald Princess cruise ship in Southeast Alaska.

Emerald Princess Security and Medical personnel responded to the July 25th incident in which they found his wife deceased with a severe head wound.

Prior to the incident, a witness observed Manzanares grab his wife's body and drag her toward the balcony, grab her ankles and pull her back into the cabin. When security personnel arrived, Manzanares was detained at the scene. He was formally arrested on Wednesday.
