Reporters covering President Trump's visit to Paris endured a chaotic morning on Thursday.

Part of Trump's motorcade got separated from the president, and vehicles carrying the traveling press corps made a wrong turn and drove into oncoming traffic.

The cars nearly hit a few pedestrians, but there were no injuries.

The traveling press corps were not able to document Trump's arrival to the ambassador's residence.

Journalists were eventually brought to the ambassador's residence to wait for Trump's meetings to finish, according to the Associated Press.
