Jay-Z's 13th solo album is finally here.
The icon released "4:44" on Friday and it quickly became a trending topic online and on social media.
On this album, he apologizes to Beyonce, addresses the 2014 elevator fight with Solange, and calls out Kanye West who at a concert last year said his kids and Blue Ivy "ain't never even played together."
To listen, the album is available to stream exclusively on Tidal.
Fans have been reacting to Jay-Z's album on social media.
Today will be dedicated to listing to Jay Z's new album on repeat.— Solace (@Issa_GOLD) June 30, 2017
My only "negative" thing to say about 4:44: Jay Z is 47 years old and he's just *now* maturing and we applaud that? Shades of Travis K.— EricaJoy (@EricaJoy) June 30, 2017
Jay Z gave black men a hand book to life: accept responsibility, invest, generate generational wealth, be confident & create a legacy.— King Kay (@umm_Kay) June 30, 2017
Jay Z wants us to think it's special for him to wake up at 4:44am to write a song but truth is he's so old that's just when he wakes up now.— Jerry Bird (@BostonJerry) June 30, 2017
That new Jay Z album is nice but not as good as some of his previous. Heard it on iHeart radio this morning.— Sarah Lewis 💎 (@ms_sarahlewis) June 30, 2017
