Incident at Brussels train station is 'under control,' according to police



WATCH | Belgian military and police respond to an incident at Brussels Central Station

UPDATE 3:37 p.m. EST:

A senior Belgian law enforcement official told ABC News that the incident at Brussels Central Station in which there were reports of a loud bang and explosions is now "under control." One suspect has been shot by the military.

There are not reports of fatalities at this time. 

The type of device was not immediately known, though the bomb squad was called in for fear of additional explosions in the area.

ORIGINAL STORY: Brussels Central Station has been evacuated following reports of explosions and one man shot, according to the UK's "The Sun." Police rushed to the scene and soldiers were visible outside the station.
