President Trump is expected to announce Friday that he will tighten rules on Americans traveling to Cuba and will restrict U.S. companies from doing business with Cuban enterprises controlled by the military, according to Reuters.

This is gleaned from a presidential memorandum some U.S. officials have seen.

Trump will announce his new Cuba policy in a speech in Miami. It will roll back parts of former Pres. Barack Obama's policies.

In 2014, Obama announced a diplomatic breakthrough in frosty relations between the two Cold War foes, loosening restrictions on American travel to the U.S. and business operations.

This news comes after Trump announced he would be making changes to Obama-era U.S.-Cuba relations.
