Starbucks and Lady Gaga created 'Cups of Kindness' to benefit the singer's foundation

Starbucks teamed up with Lady Gaga for a new line of iced drinks that will help raise money for the pop star's foundation.

The "Cups of Kindness" campaign kicks off Tuesday and the drinks will be available in the U.S. and Canada through June 19.

Starbucks said 25 cents from every drink sold will go toward Gaga's "Born This Way" foundation which aims to promote kindness.

“We’re healthier and happier when we live our lives with compassion and our communities are stronger when we treat one another with generosity and respect,” Lady Gaga said in a press release. “Born This Way Foundation and I are so excited to partner with Starbucks to help inspire positivity and love through the 'Cups of Kindness' collection.”

The drinks in the "Cups of Kindness" collection include two of Starbucks' famous pink drinks as well as two new beverages, the blackberry-flavored violet drink and matcha lemonade.

One of the programs that will benefit from this initiative is Born This Way Foundation's Channel Kindness, which features stories of kindness documented by young people across the country.

Starbucks said it will donate a minimum of $250,000 to the foundation.
