Two men were charged Friday after two officers and a DDOT employees were struck and injured by a pickup truck late Thursday night in Washington, DC.
Dwayne Taylor, 23, and Brandon Figures, 22, were both charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm or destructive device, according to Metropolitan Police.
It is unclear if the crash was due to impairment or intentional at this time.

DC Police Chief Peter Newsham tweeted Friday the conditions of both officers.

The FBI was called to the scene Friday night.
