WATCH | We visited the Chinese and Thai restaurant Lemongrass at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas to see what jellyfish really tastes like. I think you are going to want to Eat This.
Preparing jellyfish is a four-step process of rinsing, cooking, shocking and soaking giving it that noodle-like texture.
While this is a traditional dish in Hong Kong, Lemongrass is known for its incredible Thai dishes (yes, we ate everything).
From the crab fried rice to the duck curry -- all prepared in Lemongrass style, one dish was better than the next.
So come for the jellyfish, but prepare to stay for a feast.
