The man who allegedly engaged in illicit sexual contact with a minor at Monday's Memorial Day Wreath Ceremony has self-surrendered, according to the FBI.
ORIGINAL STORY: The FBI is on the hunt for a man allegedly connected to illicit sexual contact with minor during Monday's Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony, affiliate WJLA reported.
According to the FBI, the unidentified man made sexual contact with a minor on Monday around 11 a.m. while the female victim stood in a crowd at the Arlington National Ceremony.
The man allegedly repeatedly touched the victim, whom he didn't know.

FBI officials described the man as a Hispanic male, around 5'5" to 5'7". He is believed to be between 50 and 60 years old with short, spikey grey and black hair.
At the time of the incident, the man was wearing a blue or grey short-sleeved shirt and dark blue shorts.
