WATCH | What do you get when you stuff a cinnamon roll into a donut? You get the amazing Cinnamon Roll Donut, which is served at Catch, a seafood-inspired restaurant in New York City.
The dessert was inspired by a desire to innovate and think outside the box.
"At Catch, we try to elevate. We're always trying to elevate things to the next level," says Executive Chef John Beatty.
The glaze-covered donut with the cinnamon roll surprise is one of the top-selling desserts at the restaurant. Beatty estimates they sell about 75-100 a night.
And don't forget about the homemade coffee ice cream that it's served with. It's a perfect combination of warm fluffy pastry and refreshingly cool frozen treat.
The dessert is also available at Catch's other locations in Los Angeles, Dubai and Playa del Carmen in Mexico.
