The Senate Intelligence Committee wants Comey's memos, and it wants him to testify


The Senate Intelligence Committee asked the FBI for access to the memos prepared by former FBI Director James Comey that detail his communications with the White House and the Justice Department regarding the FBI's Russia investigations, Politico reported.

Sens. Richard Burr (R-NC) and Mark Warner (D-VA) also requested that Comey come testify before a panel in an open session and a closed session. Comey declined their initial invitation to testify in a closed session this week.
