Nobody likes watered-down iced coffee, so Starbucks is testing coffee ice cubes

Sipping on watered-down iced coffee in the summer kind of sucks. And human beings are always endeavoring to find news ways to caffeinate themselves.

Which is why Starbucks is testing out coffee ice cubes in stores in around 100 of its stores located in Baltimore and St. Louis, Elite Daily reports.

It's exactly what it sounds like: ice cubes made entirely out of coffee.

There isn't much buzz about the move quite yet, but thankfully, Reddit user owlcitizen44 posted some info to the popular forum site.

"The coffee taste was stronger and it was a lot smoother. I don’t know if it was kind of a placebo effect and I was pre-expecting it to taste that way, but the other partners I tried it with all agreed. If you haven’t done this already, I highly recommend it!" owlcitizen44 wrote.

Starbucks better move quick if it doesn't want to get beat by some industrious Twitter users.
