Trump's troll tweet at Rosie O'Donnell is a reminder that the internet never forgets

People were taken aback Thursday when president Donald Trump quoted an old tweet from comedian Rosie O'Donnell that read "FIRE COMEY."

The tweet was from December 2016. She was responding to a tweet from former Hillary Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon on former FBI director James Comey's "unjustified" intrusion on the election.

Well, Trump found the tweet and decided to poke a little fun at O'Donnell following Comey's firing this week.

Here's the tweet where Trump quoted O'Donnell saying "We finally agree on something."

Someone noticed Trump's tweet came 20 minutes after a Reddit post with O'Donnell's tweets.

It's not the first time the Internet's brought back old tweets to make a point.

Typically, Trump's team is on the receiving end of the old tweet game.
