Circa Renaissance is a weekly series co-produced with Armstrong Williams Productions where established public figures mentor a younger generation This week is Head Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, Marvin Lewis.

Marvin Lewis is second only to the Patriots' Bill Belichick as the longest-tenured head coach in the NFL. He began coaching the Cincinnati Bengals in 2003 after he won a Super Bowl with Baltimore Ravens as their Defense Coordinator in 2000. He holds the record for most wins as Bengals head coach. He has also worked for the Pittsburgh Steelers as the linebackers coach.
