A man was kicked off a Delta flight for using the bathroom in what he called an "emergency" as the plane waited on the tarmac.
Kima Hamilton was on a Milwaukee-bound flight in Atlanta that was snagged by a delay. Hamilton needed to use the bathroom, but waited for a half hour. The plane was still on the tarmac, and Hamilton went to the bathroom. When he got back a minute later, a Delta employee told him to leave. After an argument, all passengers were told to leave the plane, and all but Hamilton were allowed back on.

I'm not really clear on why I'm being asked to leave this plane. I purchased this ticket, I had an emergency. I had to pee.
In the videos posted by another passenger, Hamilton is calm and not visibly aggressive.
Delta said in a statement: "Our flight crews are extensively trained to ensure the safety and security of all customers. It is imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions during all phases of flight, especially at the critical points of takeoff and landing."
Passenger Krista Rosolino, a Milwaukee attorney, said it's not clear if Hamilton will sue, but she the incident "just felt really wrong," WDJT TV reports.
The news comes shortly after United Airlines overhauled its customer service rules after a now-infamous dragging incident.
