A man accused of starting fires in a Trump hotel with toasters was arrested

A man was charged with arson after two fires burned Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, our partner at KSNV reports.

The fire was reported just after 5 p.m. local time Wednesday. County officials said there were two separate fires, one in the women's restroom and one in a hallway on the 17th floor.

Both fires were started with two toasters, officials said. The fire activated the sprinkler system but not the building's smoke alarm. One security officer was injured in the fire.
