Bill O'Reilly is coming back -- in podcast form

Bill O'Reilly isn't done.

The embattled former Fox News host, ousted last week after being dogged by a sexual harassment scandal, will return with a new episode of his podcast, "No Spin News."

He announced his return on his website. It'll be the first time he speaks publicly since Fox announced Wednesday he would no longer host for them. Dozens of advertisers fled his show, "The O'Reilly Factor," ultimately renamed  "The Factor." He was reportedly paid $25 million, equal to a year's salary, to leave.

It is tremendously disheartening that we part ways due to completely unfounded claims. But that is the unfortunate reality ...

O'Reilly has hosted the podcast since 2009. Only subscribers will be able to listen, reports.

O'Reilly has continued to deny any wrongdoing.

O'Reilly's show will be replaced by "Tucker Carlson Tonight," with "The Five" shifting from the afternoon to take Carlson's old spot.

CNN's Brian Stelter reports the podcast typically is just 4 minutes long.
