Richard Simmons has returned home after spending three days at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, suffering from severe indigestion.
"I wanted to take a moment to send a big thank you to the wonderful doctors, nurses and staff at Cedars Sinai Medical Center during my short stay there this week," Simmons wrote on Facebook Sunday. "They make you feel good even though you’re in the hospital for feeling bad."
Simmons' longtime manager, Michael Catalano, told ABC News that the fitness guru returned home sooner than expected.
The 68-year-old vanished from the public eye during the past view years, prompting the podcast "Missing Richard Simmons."
He only recently re-emerged to sign a business deal for "merchandising, endorsements and licensing opportunities," the Trade publication License reported.
This new deal comes after much speculation about Simmons' health.
Earlier this week, Simmons addressed rumors about him being "missing" in a Facebook post.
“Hello to everyone who has shown concern for me and sent their good wishes. You will never know how much it means to me. Aren’t you sick of hearing and reading about me?! LOL Well by now you know that I’m not ‘missing,’ just a little under the weather," the statement read.
