The 18-year-old dual American-Israeli citizen who made a series of threats against Jewish community centers in the United States is facing criminal charges in Florida and Georgia, the Justice Department announced on Friday. As BuzzFeed reported, Michael Ron David Kadar is accused of making bomb threats and active shooter threats to Jewish Community Centers throughout Florida from January until March of this year. In Georgia, Kadar is accused of issuing a false emergency call in Athens, Georgia.

The filing of charges come after Kadar's arrest last month in Israel. It remains unclear if U.S. authorities plan to request extradition for him to be brought to the U.S.

President Obama is coming out of hiding. He'll attend his first public event in Chicago.
