Watch | An alleged bank robber biked away after stealing some serious cash but not without dropping his loot along the way. Police released video of a middle-aged black man who allegedly robbed the Member's First Credit Union in York, Pennsylvania and made his get-a-way by bicycle.
Officers were dispatched to the bank just before 3 p.m. last Tuesday and about 10 minutes after the robbery, the unarmed suspect was seen on surveillance video passing a business about a mile and a half from the bank with cash flying from behind him. As he rides by, he drops the presumably stolen cash and he makes it about halfway down the block before backtracking, to stuff as much cash into his pocket. A few stray bills are blown away by the wind as he returns to his bike.
Seen here, the local police posted the surveillance video on their Facebook page.
