Conservative talk show host Tomi Lahren filed a lawsuit against Glenn Beck and The Blaze for wrongful termination, according to the Associated Press. She was ousted from her program, "Final Thoughts with Tomi Lahren" after she expressed her pro-choice standpoint in an interview on ABC's "The View" in March.

In the 27-page lawsuit, Lahren's attorney, Brian Lauten, argued that nothing prohibited his from expressing her views on "The View."
The Blaze took her off camera, but offered to pay her contract if she remained silent on social media. But Lauten believes that Beck and others at The Blaze "embarked on a public smear campaign" and interfered with her business relationships.
The lawsuits asks a judge to rescind her employment contract and make it clear that she is able to speak her mind freely.
In a Friday tweet, the talk show host insinuated she's unwilling to go down without a fight.
