WATCH | Yes, these noodles are really floating by themselves. And, no -- not an ounce of Hollywood magic here. Want to see how they do it?
Neptunes Raw Bar in Artesia serves up the magical, savory dish. Head chef Nathan Payo says floating noodles has been a viral food trend in Singapore, and so far, it's the only restaurant to bring the trend to the U.S.
The noodles are not just a gimmick. They're really, really tasty. Unsurprisingly, these noodles have become majorly popular. They've only been on the menu for mere weeks, but they're already creating lines out the door.
Chef Payo says the noodles are so popular, in fact, they had to close the restaurant early a few weekends ago because they literally ran out of food.
For a restaurant, that's an excellent problem to have.
Neptunes has more mystifyingly pictures of the noodles on their Instagram page.
And, next -- check out these sushi donuts.
