Try chef Anna Polyviou's fancy (but so easy) strawberries with champagne bubbles

It's milk chocolate day. This Australian chef spins up a sweet chocolate tart... on a turntable.

In honor of milk chocolate day we are bringing back Anna Polyviou's killer chocolate turntable. It's simple to make and delicious.

Chef Anna says anyone can make this and wow their friends.

Turntable Ganache.jpg

The turntable is the secret ingredient here, because it allows for that perfect rose piping on top -- it looks complicated, but actually it's not. (And there's something so satisfying about watching it being piped!)

So here's what makes this chocolate tart so Aussie: crushed-up Tim Tams, which are one of the most popular cookies in Australia. (They're like a cross between a Butterfinger bar and and a chocolate-coated shortbread cookie.)

And Fantales, which are Australian candy caramels. Mention these to any Aussie, and they'll melt with nostalgia. It's a beloved treat there. (We tasted one, and we can definitely see why).

This is what it looks like when done: layer upon layer of chocolatey, candy-crunchy, caramel-tinged sweetness. Chef Anna said it's a great recipe to tweak for your own tastes -- go ahead and add different flavors. The point is, it's super fun.
