Manager Kevin Doyle said Bella's most popular umbrella is its windproof, sunproof and rainproof model called the Pagoda. He described it as a "circus-like" umbrella, but said it is perfect for the rainy weather Seattle experiences frequently. Customers are also able to custom-design an umbrella to fit their needs.
In addition to the everyday-use umbrellas, Bella has a collection upwards of 700 vintage umbrellas primarily from the 1930s, '40s, '50s and '60s. These vintage umbrellas exhibit "old world craftsmanship" and an immense amount of detail.
You're even able to rent some of the vintage umbrellas and parasols for a special occasion.
Bella Umbrella has a second location in New Orleans, Louisiana. Umbrellas are hand sewn out of their New Orleans workshop and shipped throughout the country.
