Watch a bunch of Philadelphia locals crusade down the snowy 'Rocky Steps' in dune buggies

Tuesday's March Nor'easter slammed the City of Brotherly Love with nearly seven inches of snow, and the wintery mixture created the perfect environment for a few dare devils to test out some unorthodox sledding techniques.

About a half dozen dune buggies were seen crusading down Philadelphia iconic "Rocky Steps" near the entrance of the Museum of Art.

The identities of the locals isn't immediately clear, but hours before the takeover, traditional sledders were seen plowing down the Rocky Steps.
