WATCH | Which Trump tweet garnered the most interactions this week?

Welcome to This Week in Tweets, where we break down the worst and best of POTUS' tweets from his @RealDonaldTrump account.

The tweet that got the most retweets since March 4th was the shocking accusation that President Obama taped Trump's phones during the campaign.

That tweet sent last Saturday got 53 thousand retweets.

And also happened to be his tweet that got the most replies with 105 thousand tweets back at him.

Some of the replies compared him to Nixon like this one from @Ponder founder @WilliamLeGate who--as you can see tweets a lot about trump--and used a Twitter poll to poise a question to his followers.

Even the first winner of America's Next Top Model weighed in.

Trump’s tweet dominated the headlines most of the week even amid news of his revised immigration executive order and the draft of the new health care legislation.

So why did this tweet blow up?

Presidents usually don’t attack each other. The idea Trump is accusing Obama of something illegal and decided to reveal it in a tweet sounds like fan fiction, but in fact, it was just this week in tweets.
