An official from Yad Vashem, Israel's official Holocaust memorial, formally asked Amazon on Sunday to stop selling books that deny that the Holocaust happened.
Amazon already does so in countries where Holocaust denial is illegal, but it sells them in major markets like the U.S. and the United Kingdom.
Robert Rozett, Yad Vashem's director of libraries, said he has discussed this with Amazon before, but Amazon cited freedom of information laws and denied the request, The Times of Israel reports.
