Rewatch Ashton Kutcher's testimony to the Senate on ending sex trafficking.
'This is the point where Internet trolls tell me to stick to my day job...Let me tell you about my day job.
Actor Ashton Kutcher testified before the Senate Wednesday morning, urging lawmakers to fight sexual slavery in a passionate speech.
Kutcher, once famous for "Punk'd," is now a co-founder of Thorn, which aims to fight sex trafficking with technological advancements.
The speech started off lighthearted, but quickly grew serious.
Kutcher explained in graphic detail the sexual abuse he had seen in his work with Thorn. He grew visibly shaken as he described a video of a child being raped and thinking it was a game.
"That child was the same age as mine," Kutcher said.
Here's a clip of Kutcher's speech.
Happiness can be granted to no man. But the right to pursue it is every man's right.
Some observers were impressed by his speech.
Others thought, as he said in his speech, that he should stick to his day job.
