Facebook videos will now autoplay with sound by default. Keep your headphones on.

Facebook overhauled how you'll watch videos in your newsfeed. But the most obvious change might aggravate some users.

By default, videos will autoplay with their sound on, as opposed to the mute start that Facebook has relied on for months.

If your phone is set to silent, your videos will play silently as normal. A new setting has been added to permanently prevent videos from autoplaying with sound.

Facebook, naturally, revealed these changes in a Facebook video.

Additionally, vertical videos will now play in full-screen mode. And videos can pop out of your news feed and stay in the bottom corner of a screen, even if you leave the Facebook app.

Facebook also announced an app for Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Samsung Smart TV, promising it would be on more platforms soon.

Many were quick to criticize the move.
