Trump is reportedly expanding his social media team. Get ready for more tweets.

President Trump is reportedly beefing up his social media team.

The White House is planning to hire new staffers to work with Trump on his Twitter, Facebook and Instagram feeds, CNN reports.

Up until now, Trump and his social media director, Dan Scavino, have run @realdonaldtrump on their own. Trump dictates his tweets to Scavino, who actually publishes them.

Scavino also runs the @POTUS and @WhiteHouseaccounts and their Facebook equivalents.

Trump, of course, is no stranger to controversy on Twitter. But he's said he'd rather not tweet.

If his social media team expands, it wouldn't be the first time a president had a sizeable social media staff. Former President Obama had a digital media team of 20 people, CNN reports.

According to a  Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, 69 percent of Americans surveyed think his use of Twitter is a bad idea, since "messages can have unintended major implications without careful review."
