Washington state's attorney general filed a lawsuit against Trump's 'unlawful' travel ban



Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced he had filed a lawsuit against President Trump's immigration order, calling it "unlawful." 

This comes on the same day that the Council on American Relations filed a federal lawsuit calling the order unconstitutional. Ferguson is the first attorney general to sue the Trup administration over a policy. Ferguson and 15 other state attorneys general released a statement Sunday calling the order "unlawful."
