Watch| Love pie and booze? Well, you're in luck. Pie Bar in Seattle, Washington serves some of the most authentic fresh pies that promise to be the 'equivalent of paying for an hour of therapy.'

The owner, Lyss Bleifuss, has been baking pies for over 20 yrs. She started when she was just 15-years-old and claimed she "fell into it" and has been perfecting her craft ever since. Everything from the crust to the cream is made in-house daily.
Pie Bar's cozy and inviting atmosphere attracts many Seattleites and tourists, making it "the world's first late-night pie and cocktail lounge. " Lyss and her husband Patrick have created a one of a kind bar that even has a walk up window to order a slice of delectable pie.
Pie Bar came about when Lysse and Patrick were brainstorming ways in which they could combine their love of pies and cocktails. "I created Pie Bar to make people happy! I make damn good pies and I am a snob about my Old Fashioneds! I thought, why not create a pie shop that caters to adults like me, who craves sugar and booze," Lyss exclaimed.
The menu features an array of ingenious cocktail titles such as 'Miles Pie Club,' 'Pietini, 'Burning Apron,' and 'Pie Reviver.'
Bleifuss said she didn't know about National Pie Day till a few years ago and is delighted there is such a holiday. She says on 'Pi Day and National Pie Day, the bar is packed with pie lovers and she is elated to share with customers her pie creations.
