Everyone thinks Melania Trump's inauguration outfit is so Jackie O

America, the land of the free and home of impeccable inaugural style.

In the run up to the 2017 inauguration, many designers said they would *not* dress the new first lady, but iconic American designer Ralph Lauren stepped up to the plate.

And many noted Melania Trump's powder blue outfit was reminiscent of what Jackie Kennedy Onassis wore for her husband’s 1961 inauguration.

The newly-minted first lady wore a cashmere jacket and mock turtleneck dress, paired with suede gloves and suede clutch, a Ralph Lauren spokesperson said.

Kennedy Onassis was well-known for her classic style.

Ralph Lauren also dressed Hillary Clinton for Donald Trump's swearing in ceremony.

Ivanka and Tiffany Trump both wore white, while Michelle Obama wore a deep red dress and coat. Laura Bush layered pastels and Clinton had on a white pantsuit similar to the one she wore at the Democratic National Convention. But Kellyanne Conway got the most attention.

Kellyanne Conway, Trump's incoming counselor, wore a Gucci outfit that cost a cool $3,600.

Conway quickly became a meme with her red, white and blue ensemble.

Some likened it to what a nutcracker might wear.

Others thought she kind of resembled an old New England Patriots logo.

She said she thought of her look as "Trump Revolutionary Wear."
