UPDATE 6:22 p.m. EST:
"The Apprentice" contestant Summer Zervos appeared with attorney Gloria Allred in Los Angeles to make a brief statement regarding the lawsuit she filed against President-elect Donald Trump. She claims that he made unwanted sexual advances toward her.
The lawsuit "seeks to make Donald Trump accountable for the significant damage he has caused Ms. Zervos." But, Zervos added that she is willing to retract the lawsuit if Trump retracts the statements he made about her in the past.
“I wanted to give Mr. Trump the opportunity to retract his false statements about me and the other women who came forward,” Zervos said on Tuesday.
In the Q&A portion of the press conference, Allred said there's a likelihood that her team will subpoena outtakes from "The Apprentice" to support Zervos' claims.
“We would certainly seek any and all information and documents, recordings, et cetera, which may be relevant," Allred said.
Allred and Zervos are expected to attend the Women's March on Washington on Saturday, along with other women who have accused Trump of sexual assault.
A woman who accused Donald Trump of sexual harassment is suing him, The Daily Beast reports.
Attorney Gloria Allred will hold a press conference in Los Angeles with the accuser at 11:30 a.m. Pacific time.
The accuser may be suing for defamation.
