Rand Paul revealed a replacement for Obamacare

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) discussed a plan to replace the Affordable Care Act in a CNN interview on Sunday.

Paul was the only Republican to vote against the Congressional resolution to repeal the Act, widely known as Obamacare. He said he did so because the attached budget bill approved huge budget deficits, and he insisted that repealing the bill without a replacement plan was unwise.

His plan revealed Sunday focuses on states, rather than the federal government, controlling insurance regulations.
