Trump tweeted out praise for Vladimir Putin a day after President Obama sanctioned Russia

President-elect Donald Trump tweeted out praise for Russian leader Vladimir Putin just 24 hours after President Barack Obama sanctioned Russian diplomats and businesses for interfering in U.S. elections.

Here's the president-elects tweet.

The tweet has drawn a lot of criticism on social media.
