Hungarian-American actress Zsa Zsa Gabor has died at the age of 99, according to TMZ.

TMZ referred to the late actress as "the OG (original gangster) Kim Kardashian," noting that she and her sister Eva "were often the butt of jokes, with people saying they were famous for nothing."

Gabor reportedly suffered a heart attack Sunday and was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Gabor appeared in films including “Moulin Rouge,” “Lili,” "Touch of Evil” and “Queen of Outer Space."

Variety reports that she also appeared on the soap opera "As the World Turns” and several TV shows.

Beyond her acting credits, Gabor was known for her offscreen antics. Gabor was famous for her accent, her one-liners about jewels and her nine marriages, according to Variety.

Here are a few of her one-liners:

  • "I want a man who’s kind and understanding. Is that too much to ask of a millionaire?”
  • “Getting divorced just because you don’t love a man is almost as silly as getting married just because you do."

Gabor also famously slapped a Beverly Hills police officer during a traffic stop in 1989.
She made headlines in recent years because of her deteriorating health.

In 2002 Gabor was involved in a car wreck that left her wheelchair-bound and in 2005 she suffered a massive stroke. Then in July 2010 she broke her hip when he fell in her home.

Gabor would have turned 100 in February, according to TMZ.

Celebrities have started tweeting their condolences.
