McDonald's will start delivering to your door in January

It's happening.

America's next fast-food revolution comes in the form of McDonald's testing out a delivery service this January, reports USA Today.

The chain restaurant will start offering the delivery option in nearly 200 restaurants in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami. Customers can order off the menu and have the food delivered via the UberEATS app.

UberEATS delivers food in 50 cities around the world. Just like its ride-sharing sister app, consumers can track the progress of their delivery.

McDonald's plans to get feedback from Florida customers to decide whether to expand to other cities and options in the future.

Soon, some of the dreams posted to social media could be a reality.
