Jackie Evancho from 'America's Got Talent' will sing the anthem for Trump's inauguration


Jackie Evancho, who rose to fame as a 10-year-old on "America's Got Talent," will sing the National Anthem for President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration.

She broke the news on the "Today" show on Wednesday.

The last two anthem singers were Beyoncé in 2012 and Aretha Franklin in 2008.

Evancho also sang for President Obama and his family during the National Christmas Tree Lighting in 2010.

Evancho met Trump after finishing second on "America's Got Talent."
