WATCH | Just when you thought desserts couldn't get any more creative in 2016...
At The Dessert Kitchen in New York City's West Village, you can find bowls of ice cream ramen -- actually, bowls of jelly noodles, fruit and shaved ice.
A big sheet of jelly is cut into thin strips, then thrown on top of shaved ice and condensed milk. It's flavored with mango and white peach syrup on the side.
It's the same jelly that the raindrop cake is made with.
One level up: "Flying ice cream ramen toast" is a thing at a cafe in Singapore.
Chef Dominique Ansel had his own take on dessert ramen as well.
