Need a new job? Take a look at Bain & Company.

The consulting firm, based in Boston, was named the best place to work in 2017 by Glassdoor. It won that title in 2014 and 2012 and was the runner-up last year.

B&C's Glassdoor page lists the "pros" as work/life balance, benefits, hands-off managers, lenient PTO policy and generous maternity leave.

Its CEO, Bob Bechek, also has a 99 percent approval rating and was named the Best CEO of 2016 by users of Glassdoor, a job and recruiting website where current and former employees and can anonymously review companies and their management.
