Donald Trump went to a costume party as himself, but his campaign manager was Superwoman

On Saturday night, President-elect Donald Trump attended a costume party hosted by the Mercer family, major Republican donors, in Long Island. The theme was "Heroes and Villains," but Trump did not wear a costume.

When asked who he was dressing as, Trump responded, "Me." A reporter then asked if that meant he was a hero or a villain, senior adviser Kellyanne Conway exited a car and answered, "A hero, all the way!" while wearing a Superwoman costume, NBC News reported.

She posted a photo with the president-elect on Twitter.

Some comic fans found this ironic.

Trump advisor Steve Bannon also attended, but not in costume.

Rebekah Mercer, who ran a pro-Trump Super PAC, had compared the electoral race between Trump and his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton to an "apocalyptic choice."

Trump is still expected to name key members of his Cabinet, including the Secretary of State.
