Former Playboy model Dani Mathers pleaded not guilty in Snapchat body-shaming case

Dani Mathers, a former Playboy model who posted a Snapchat photo of a naked 70-year-old woman in a fitness center in July, has pleaded not guilty to invasion of privacy charges, according to TIME

Mathers captioned the photo, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either," then showed a selfie of her covering her mouth, apparently while she was in a sauna.

She was charged with invasion of privacy earlier this month after the woman in the photo came forward.

Here's a look at the snap that sparked the charges.

Months after the photo, she said she took "full responsibility" for her mistakes.

Earlier, she supported anti-bullying efforts.

Body shaming is humiliating, with often painful, long-term consequences.

Mathers was banned from LA Fitness, the gym where she took the photo, and suspended from her job with the "Heidi and Frank" radio show in Los Angeles.

The charges could result in up to six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine if Mathers is found guilty.

Sources say Elaine Chao will be named Trump's Secretary of Transportation
