Two people died and four were injured in a shooting at a park in Louisville


UPDATE 3:49 p.m. EST:

Louisville police announced that two men were pronounced dead at the scene due to the shooting. Four others were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, reports FOX News

The shooter is still at large. 

Police officers were called the Shawnee Park in Louisville, Kentucky, after a shooting with multiple victims was called in, reports WAVE 3 News

Several people reported hearing gunshots at around 1:51 p.m.

One witness told WAVE 3 that she saw at least four people gunned down. 

The gunman's whereabouts and the conditions of the victims is unknown at this time. 

Normally on Thanksgiving, Shawnee Park would be the site of the Juice Bowl, a series of youth football games. 

Police have blocked off a large portion of the park while one of the football games continued. 

Many of those participating in the Juice Bowl were sent home.

The reports have elicited a lot of concern on social media.
