Amtrak is experiencing delays following a fatal collision

Amtrak service was suspended between Wilmington, Delaware, and Newark, New Jersey, around 4 p.m. after a person was struck by a train, reports WTOP

The person struck by the train was pronounced dead at the scene, reports USA Today

Trains have resumed service, but are moving slowly.

Despite service being resumed, customers have been advised to expect delays in service between the two cities.

And of course, people online are starting to get frustrated.
