WATCH | A Korean tapas restaurant in Manhattan is serving glow-in-the-dark soju cocktails in portable IV bags, which, when complete with the straw stuck in, are reminiscent of Capri Sun juice pouches -- for adults only, of course.
Jeremy Seong, bartender and vice president at Thursday Kitchen, said he borrowed the idea of serving cocktails in bags from a recent trend in South Korea. But to make them his own, he put LED cubes to make them glow and named them Capri-Thursday.
Thursday Kitchen, a newcomer to East Ninth Street dining scene in Manhattan, is a cozy, casual dining spot where you'll find European twist on classic Korean dishes like kimchi (kimchi paellea, anyone?).
The restaurant is currently only open for dinner and is dimly lit -- which makes it fun for the diners to order the glow-in-the-dark alcoholic juice pouch.
The cocktails are also popular for another reason: They're photogenic.
The cocktails come in three flavors: Strawberry with yuzu, lemonade and cucumber juice.
